My Chinese Zodiac Sign Art.

 So as you all know from the title this post is on my Chinese zodiac sign.  It took me a long time to make. First I thought it was only for Monday and we had to hand it on Monday too. I rushed it and made it look a bit bad but then when I looked carefully it was for the whole week to do so I started again and didn't rush it. I was really proud of my work. The pictures of it are down bellow. First of all I drew my image. I was born in 2011 (10 years old) so my zodiac sign is a Rabbit. In Level 4 Lockdown ...

 I have learnt new recipes for baking and cooking.

I learnt to be positive in situations like this.

I get up everyday in the morning at 8:00 when everybody is asleep and get ready for my google meets.

I have learnt a lot more about other peoples culture.

I have gotten better at finishing my work quickly and sending it to my teacher.

I have gotten really active and arty.

I have done a lot of helping mum and doing chores around the house.

I have become an awesome photographer!

My Fort!

 Hi Reader! Today my post is on my fort I made. I made it because it's one of my tasks I have to do for my work the teacher gave. I used blankets, pillows and other things. First I had to think of where I wanted to make it. Not in my room! I don't want to clean it after I finish making it. So I chose the same thing you would do if you were me. Do it in your bossy siblings room! But she when I went I went in she was doing something on her laptop so I did it in my mums and dads room. It was really clean but not for long! I was going to make a fort that will fill up the whole room. I took pictures after I finished making it. I took a video too. It was quite bad but I was lazy to take it again because the video at the bottom is 7th one I took! Hope you enjoy what's down bellow!

Baking!

I was so bored. What should I do? My work? No way! I'm too tired of that. "Let's do some cooking" mum said. Perfect! We got all the ingredients and started baking. My siblings joined in. My dad was busy to help but I knew he would come when to eat. We had decided to make sugar cookies. I poured and mixed things until I got the mixture we needed. What was my favourite bit? My favourite bit was stuffing the dough in the mold and popping it out on the tray. Here are pictures of the whole process.

 Hello again as you can see in the title today I will share my egg challenge with you but before I share you that, I'm going to tell why I did this. Well of course rm 11 knows what I mean but I'm here for the people who are confused. So, my teacher (Mrs Ghosh) had gave us task to do for challenge week. This week is challenge week where we are given a challenge to do everyday. Today for Tuesday we had to make a material that will protect an egg from breaking at a 3 meters fall. First of all, I took an egg from the cupboard in the kitchen then I looked around the house for some materials I could use. After thinking for awhile, I thought about what would work and what would not. Then I found out that soft materials will work better than hard ones so I used soft materials. I could use fabric! But then I'll need lot's of it. So then I went back to the kitchen and saw a packet of sponges. Thant was it! Just sponges? What if I taped the sponges to the egg and the egg falls from the middle and breaks! I could tape the egg to the sponges! Tapes not strong! So I cut out the egg carton and placed the egg in it. Then I taped the sponges to the carton that was holding the egg inside. I stood on the deck and shoved it in the sky and it fell on the grass. I went to open it and it wasn't broken. I don't know why but all I know is that he saw something, got scared and didn't realise that my sister was taking a video of me so he just climbed up the steps. 🤣

Making A Board Game!

Hey bloggers! For my art on Friday, I had to make a board game. I think I might know what you're thinking about. Yup, we're doing the same tasks from last to last Friday.  But, anyways here it is as I promised....

Just saying it took me a couple of days to make!!! Or let's say about more than a week!

As you can see, there is an instruction sheet and a packet of things you will need to play the game. I really like how the game board has turned out. As you can see again that I used my creativity to think about how people will know what spot their on. I used different sized, colours and shaped buttons. The players can use their button to move around on squares. Also, the white paper in the packet is the instructions fold up. I opened the instructions for you to see what I have written right here⬆

The purple cards in the packet have stuff written on the back. While you are playing and if you land on a spot that says "pick a card" you pick the top card of the pile. See what it says and then follow. It might say "Swap places with someone" or "Go to the start". Well I did those types thing to make the game fun. Each player rolls the dice. I named my game "Lollipop forest remix". Sounds heaps of fun! Yes, I have played it with my mum and it was really really really fun. Cause I kept landing on spaces that had a lollipop. Wait, forgot to mention that if you land on a lollipop, it means you skip your next turn. I decorated it to make it look nice and make people want to play it. Because it was related to lollipops I added a forest of lollipops and a fairy collecting them. It has a lollipop trail that means if you are on a spot that has a lollipop trail it means you follow the trail to the spot it takes you. So, you get to skip a few spots! There is only one lollipop trail but there is also a lollipop pass. A lollipop pass is the same thing as a lollipop trail but just instead of the "trail" it has "pass".   I am really proud of my work I did. I hope you like it too. We only do art and finish of tasks we haven't finish for the week but I finished everything so it mean just ART for me!! My favourite subject!!! Hope you like my writing. For art I'm doing a board game. I have to make one. It's not done but I'm finishing it tomorrow. I also have nature walk thing I have to do but I finished that already. Today is my birthday!!!!!!! (A surprise video too!)

 Today is my birthday! Exactly 10 years ago I was in Auckland Hospital being born. 10 years after I'm here writing this post! 😄😄😄I truly enjoyed being 9 but now I have to be 10! 1 year past so quickly

It's morning! I'm here in bed with my blanket over me. I'm writing this post to tell you what a cool way to start a day! By the way, it's 6 am!!! Everybody is still sleeping accept me!

So I woke up at 6 and saw a note next to my phone on the bed. I read it and that was one of the nicest thing my sister would ever do to me! I have a google meet at 9 am and right now it's 7:07. I have like 2 hours! 

1 thing is that if I wake up, I can never go back to sleep, well sometimes I can but not all the time. What should I do? Now it's 7:11. I think I want to get ready for the google meet early I guess. Wish me luck for the day, then I'll be back to complete this post! It's 7:17! Bye!💓😆

It's been 5 hours! It's 12:02 am now. I just came back. It was not what I was expecting at all. I'll be back soon!

My Alphabetical, Nature Walk I Had To Do For Art Yesterday.

 Hi again bloggers! We have come really far! From 11 more days until my birthday to JUST 4 MORE DAYS!!! 

Today I'm going to share a really fun art project I had to do. I actually had 3 tasks to do for art but I have finally finished 1! The task I had finished was a nature walk I had to do. The nature walk was to find alphabetical letters using nature. 2 example the teacher had said was like a stick shaped like a 'Y' or a 'B' in a butterfly's wing. To my understanding I think I had to find the letters in my name so that's what I did and here is the link for the art tasks set up for Friday by my teacher. A fun thing activity to do that will keep you busy during quarantine.

 Hi bloggers! Just 8 days until my 10th birthday! 

I'm going to show you a very fun activity that is really fun to do and play.

Things you will need:

Paper

Pencil

3 Die (meaning more than 1 dice) 

That's all you need! Now how to make it!

Put your die aside and put your paper and pencil in front of you. Make a grid and write numbers in your grid like this 🠋  

                 

After you did that, bellow the numbers wright down tasks to do. If you don't get what I mean here's a photo of mine 🠋                       

 Zoom in if you want to read my thing. After you wrote down your tasks, get your die. You can pick if you want to roll 1 dice, 2 die or 3 die. Example I roll with 2 die and get the numbers, 5 and 6. I'll add those and look at what tasks are there for 11. Now I have to do those tasks and when I finish the tasks, I come back and roll again with a different amount of die. If you choose 1 dice, you don't need to add anything. Well, that's why I said to up to 3 die. The highest amount on a dice is 6. 3x6=18 and 18 is the highest number on my paper. This is a fun activity to keep you busy during this lockdown. Ask siblings to join in with the fun!                            

          

Working on my marble run we had to do for art.

 Hello again. Just 10 more days until I'm 10! Anyways today I'm going to talk about how far I've gone in my art. I've actually done more than I think I would but I have to say I'm quite proud. Well it could be better but yeah. I started from scratch. First I used toilet paper rolls and cut them all in half. I told my siblings whenever they go toilet go to the same one so toilet paper will finish in that toilet and I'll get more rolls but my sister didn't listen cause she thought it was stupid to do that. I covered the rolls in paper so they can stand out on the huge cardboard I'm going to place them on but I'm keeping the inside brown (the way it is). The cardboard was brown and the toilet rolls were white from the paper I covered it with. I thought for moment that it wasn't a good combination so I looked in my drawer to find my coloured papers. There were red, green, orange, blue, yellow, purple.... let's just say all the colours of the rainbow. If I took white again then it'll look plain. I was confused with all the colours so I took the colour that had most of. Red! The red looked under the white. I forgot to say that the cardboard I had was joined by 2. I hot glued one and stuck it to the other. At first I told my mum to get some from the storage my mum and dad had. There are heaps and heaps of boxes that my dad uses to store food in. My mum forgot about it at first but then the next day they got ready to go again I told her twice and also told my dad without her knowing. When they got home, to my surprise they brought so much boxes in different sizes. Some were brown and some were white. I got one box that was white on one side and brown on the other.  All that I'm struggling on is thinking of a design to put the half cut rolls in. So I can put the marble in at the top and go threw the tubes and fall out at the bottom. Watch the video of me playing with the finished piece. 

My quiz I made a few days ago!

Hi, it's me again! Woah, I'm nearly 10! Just 11 more days to enjoy being 9 years old! 

Anyways I was looking forward to share a quiz I've made. The quiz is about HARRY POTTER! All you need to do is answer the questions, click the answer button to see if you're right. Then at the end I'll score points to see if you're a true Harry Potter fan. That's actually why I made the quiz, to see if you're a true Harry Potter fan! You just need to give 1 point to every question you get right. I think that's enough information because it will tell you every tiny bit you need to know on the first slide anyway.
